Full Shaft Encoder in ATEX Enclosure with REO444R Tacho Flange Dimensions
PRECILEC optical incremental encoders are designed with the same reliability than the RADIO-ENERGIE tacho generator. They measure with the highest accuracy the angular speed and position of rotating shafts in industrial environment.
One or two optical encoders or a combination of a tachogenerator and an optical encoder can be mounted in an ATEX certified enclosure and used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
The enclosure is ATEX certified II 2 G and D, EEx d IIC – T5. Usually the applications for similar encoders are explosive atmospheres such as machine tools, motor drives in explosive environment, iron industry, nuclear, oil or cement industries.
